Manager Trainee

General Manager

Responsible for internal management of branches of medium-level chain hotels

 4. Education requirement: Recent full-time college and university graduates;
5. Professional requirement: Not limited.
Tourism and hotel management or internship experiences in basic positions in hotels are preferred.

 

Responsible for PR for branches

-

1. Complete training plans and rapid ability improvement;
2. Responsible for sales promotion of branches, and expand potential customers in neighboring business area to increase occupancy rates;
3. Responsible for relation maintenance with local governments and preparation of related licenses of new hotels;
4. Responsible for communication with the headquarters, including price adjustment and related applications.

 

Recruitment requirement

-

1. Age: 28-38 years old;
2. At least more than 3 working years experiences as branch managers or manager/director of star-level hotels, or 2 years as general manger or deputy general manager of an independent hotel;
 3. Experiences in preparation and operation of hotels, and familiar with service and management procedures of each department;
4. Good sense of hotel service;
5. Good at team management with great passion and a strong sense of responsibility;
6. Strong ability in communication, planning, organization, coordination, decision making, and comprehensive judgement; 
7. Able to work in different areas.

 

Reserve Hotel General Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities

-

1、The arrangement and coordination of receptionists to provide guests with services such as reception, inquiry, booking, checkout, etc.;
2、The arrangement and coordination of guest service at hotel lobby. Timely managing all kinds of guest relationship affairs in the hotel. Providing guests with active, enthusiastic, patient, delicate, precise, and efficient service;
3、Supervising and training receptionists to complete tasks in accordance with standard procedures;
4、Arranging and coordinating front desk reception and other hotel positions for operative continuity;
5、Reporting to hotel general manager. Performing other tasks as assigned by general manager.

 

Requirements

-

1、College degree or above; decorous, good command of mandarin, strong sense of service;
2、At least 4 years hotel working experience (1+ year working experience at assistant manager level and 2+ years working experience at front desk reception);
3、Proficient in computer and office devices;
4、Hard working, with relevant team management capability and experience;
5、Ready to accept branch hotel position rotation arrangement, as well as obeying regional distribution arrangement once promoted to hotel general manager.

Promotion plan

-

Branch hotel internship period is 6-8 months. Participation in general manager training courses are provided during internship. After graduation, candidates will be assigned by region to take over hotel management.
