Manager Trainee

Tourism and hotel management or internship experiences in basic positions in hotels are preferred.

General Manager

Responsible for internal management of branches of medium-level chain hotels

Responsible for PR for branches

-

1. Complete training plans and rapid ability improvement;
2. Responsible for sales promotion of branches, and expand potential customers in neighboring business area to increase occupancy rates;
3. Responsible for relation maintenance with local governments and preparation of related licenses of new hotels;
4. Responsible for communication with the headquarters, including price adjustment and related applications.

 

Recruitment requirement

-

1. Age: 28-38 years old;
2. At least more than 3 working years experiences as branch managers or manager/director of star-level hotels, or 2 years as general manger or deputy general manager of an independent hotel;
 3. Experiences in preparation and operation of hotels, and familiar with service and management procedures of each department;
4. Good sense of hotel service;
5. Good at team management with great passion and a strong sense of responsibility;
6. Strong ability in communication, planning, organization, coordination, decision making, and comprehensive judgement; 
7. Able to work in different areas.

 

General Store

Responsibilities

-

1、Be responsible for arranging and coordinating receptionists to provide reception, inquiry, rental and checkout services for guests.
2、Be responsible for arranging and coordinating the service of hotel lobby. Deal with all kinds of guest relations in the hotel in time. Ensuring active, enthusiastic, patient, meticulous, accurate and efficient service for guests.
3、Supervise and train receptionists to implement and complete tasks according to standard procedures.
4、Arrange and coordinate the operation connection between the reception desk and other posts in the hotel.
5、General responsibility for hotel. Accept other tasks assigned by the store.

 

Requirements

-

College degree or above, good appearance, standard Putonghua, good service consciousness.
2、Over 4 years working experience in Hotel (more than one year working experience in assistant level and at least two years working experience in front desk)
3、Proficiency in computer and office equipment.
4、Hardworking and down-to-earth, with relevant team management skills and experience.
5、Subject to post rotation arrangement in branch stores; Subordinate to regional distribution after promotion.

Promotion plan

-

Branch follow-up internship period is 6-8 months. During the study period, you can attend the general training course of the store. After graduation, you can distribute and pick up stores according to the region.
